Tips
- Jargon: It is generally advisable not to use any jargon or highly technical terms on your CV because you don’t know who will be reading your CV and whether those terms would mean anything to them. For certain jobs, including the IT Manager role, an exception can be made because the only way you can convey your knowledge and expertise of key areas of the job is to use jargon and technical terms. Therefore, do not be afraid to mention all the software programs that you are familiar with or the areas of IT you have previously worked on, but be careful not to overdo it because that will affect the readability of your CV.
