Main duties performed:
- Ensuring that the day-to-day requirements of the business are met
- Identifying and driving through continuous improvements to systems
- Managing a team of 5-10 employees; inclusive of 1 supervisor and 2 team leaders
- Performing daily staff management duties, including monitoring absences, time keeping & holidays, staff training and performance monitoring
- Developing strong business relationships with external organisations
- Working with a variety of external and internal organisations on a number of different projects in the community
- Working with senior managers to negotiate and confirm contracts
- Ensuring that all business operations are carried out effectively and on time
- Tracking the overall performance of the different facilities and departments

Hobbies and interests
In my spare time, I enjoy going out with my family and friends. Currently, I also sit on the board of governors at a local primary school which is something I take great pride in, and it allows me to develop my leadership and communication skills outside of my regular workplace.
